Tech Supply Direct Limited Warranty
Thank you for choosing Tech Supply Direct products and services. This Limited Warranty applies to servers, storage systems, workstations, and computer components purchased directly from Tech Supply Direct. Additional warranty coverage may be available for purchase on select products prior to checkout.
What Does This Limited Warranty Cover?
This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the applicable Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Tech Supply Direct will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any product or component that is determined to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship, provided the product has been used and maintained in accordance with its intended purpose.
What Will We Do to Correct Problems?
If a covered defect is identified during the Warranty Period, Tech Supply Direct may:
- Repair the defective product;
- Provide replacement parts, which may be new or refurbished; or
- Replace the product with an equivalent new or refurbished product if the original product is deemed irreparable.
Replacement parts and products provided under this Limited Warranty will be covered only for the remainder of the original warranty term.
How Long Does Coverage Last?
The Warranty Period for all servers, storage systems, and workstation configurations purchased from Tech Supply Direct is 365 days from the original date of purchase.
Individual Component Warranty
The following products, when sold separately and not as part of a workstation or server configuration, are covered by a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee and a 90-Day Limited Replacement Warranty from the original date of purchase:
- Professional Graphics Cards
- Memory Kits
- Processors / CPUs
What Does This Limited Warranty Not Cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications;
- Products that have been altered, modified, or otherwise changed from their original manufacturer's specifications, design, configuration, or intended use.
- Hardware or software added after delivery that was not installed and configured by Tech Supply Direct;
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality;
- Damage caused by power surges, environmental conditions, natural disasters, or other external causes;
- Any malfunction not resulting directly from defects in materials or workmanship; or
- Any product exported, forwarded, transported, or moved outside the Contiguous United States.
How Do You Obtain Warranty Service?
To obtain warranty service, you must contact Tech Supply Direct Technical Support before returning any product.

Geographic Limitation of Warranty Coverage
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS VALID ONLY FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED, DELIVERED, AND USED WITHIN THE CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
For purposes of this Limited Warranty, the “Contiguous United States” means the forty-eight (48) adjoining U.S. states and the District of Columbia, and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, and all other U.S. territories, possessions, and international locations.
Warranty service, repairs, replacements, technical support, and warranty claims are available only for products physically located within the Contiguous United States at the time warranty service is requested. Tech Supply Direct reserves the right to deny warranty coverage, service, or replacement requests for any product located outside the Contiguous United States.
Freight Forwarder and Export Disclaimer
Any product that is exported, re-shipped, forwarded, transported, or otherwise moved outside the Contiguous United States by the customer, a freight forwarder, package forwarding service, export agent, third-party carrier, or any other intermediary shall immediately void this Limited Warranty.
Tech Supply Direct shall not be liable for any loss, damage, defect, delay, customs issue, import/export restriction, shipping damage, handling damage, warranty claim, or other issue arising from or related to the use of freight forwarding services or the transportation of products outside the Contiguous United States.
The customer assumes all risk and responsibility for any product delivered to a freight forwarder or subsequently transported outside the Contiguous United States. Tech Supply Direct’s responsibility for delivery and warranty obligations ends upon confirmed delivery to the original shipping address provided within the Contiguous United States at the time of purchase.
