This Limited Warranty applies to all servers, storage, workstations, and computer components purchased from Tech Supply Direct. Additional warranties may be available for purchase on certain items prior to checkout.

  

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Tech Supply Direct will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

 

What will we do to correct problems?

Tech Supply Direct will either ship replacement part(s) or repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts. Tech Supply Direct will replace the product if the item is considered irreparable during the duration of the warranty.

 

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for all servers, storage, workstation configurations purchased from Tech Supply Direct is 365 days from the date of purchase. Any warranty replacement parts will be covered by the remaining term of the products original warranty.

 

 *All Professional Graphics Cards if sold separate from Workstations are covered by a "30 Day Money Back Guarantee", and a "90 Day Limited Replacement Warranty" from the initial date of purchase.

 

 *All Memory Kits sold separate from Workstations or Server configurations are covered by a "30 Day Money Back Guarantee", and a "90 Day Limited Replacement Warranty" from the initial date of purchase.

 

 *All Processors sold separate from Workstations or Server configurations are covered by a "30 Day Money Back Guarantee", and a "90 Day Limited Replacement Warranty" from the initial date of purchase. 

 

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problems that arise from any addition of hardware or software not installed and configured by Tech Supply Direct, or damage/malfunctions not resulting from defects in materials or workmanship.
